Have you ever seen anything like this? I have. When McKenna was a baby. So now, both of my little girls have walked around looking like homeless children. I'm glad when Brielle's outfit has a hood. Believe me, I use detangling conditioner and lotions and combs, but nothing stops this work of art from developing. EVERYDAY. It feels like steel wool.
