Prom and Basketball

Jaden met a girl at EFY a few years ago and they developed a really sweet friendship.  She is from Las Vegas.  He decided to go out on a limb and ask her to his last HS dance!  Luckily, she said "yes" because they had a really great time together.  Maybe it's just me, but it's hard to see my little boy in a tuxedo, all grown up, moving on to another girl, besides me.  This motherhood thing is one HUGE roller coaster ride.  It's killing me, but I also never want to get off.

Cole and Garner finished up their basketball seasons.  So grateful that they have this in their lives and that they have it together.  I overheard the two of them talking in their beds one night about their futures.  After they play for BYU and then retire from the NBA, they will set up their dental practice together and start a basketball league for little kids.  How sweet is that?

Jaden does look so handsome and grown up in a tux! That's a prom both he and his date will always remember, especially because of their ongoing EFY friendship.

Hey, if Cole and Garner keep up their dedicated hard work with basketball and other goals, who knows but what dreams could be realized!
